1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arbaeen platform ('Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Arbaeen is a non-profit infrastructure that enables donors to make charitable contributions using TRC20 USDT on the Tron blockchain. The Platform connects verified charities with donors and facilitates transparent, on-chain transfers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Donor Responsibilities

Donors are responsible for ensuring their wallet is funded with TRC20 USDT before making a donation. All donations are final once confirmed on-chain. Arbaeen cannot reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Charity Responsibilities

Charities must provide accurate registration details and comply with their local non-profit regulations. Charities may only use donated funds for the charitable purposes stated in their profile. Arbaeen reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for policy violations.

6. Fees

Arbaeen charges no platform fee. Small Tron network gas fees apply to on-chain transactions and are borne by the sender. These fees are determined by the Tron network, not Arbaeen.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Attempting to circumvent security controls, submitting false charity registration information, or manipulating platform data are grounds for immediate account termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided 'as is'. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Blockchain network conditions outside our control may delay or affect transactions. Arbaeen is not liable for losses arising from network congestion, wallet errors, or third-party service failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbaeen's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount of the transaction in dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arbaeen is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resort to court proceedings.
